What constitutes an emergency? Broken pipes that cannot be shut down, damaged gas fitting, big toe stuck in the bath tap (????)  Well . . . the issues vary, but we will first try to help solve your issue on the phone, that will save you a callout fee :-).  If that does not work, we will be there in a jiffy.
